CAT Chennai Issued notice to the Department for AAO Promotion from IP/ASP

JAO wait listed candidates, who are working as IP / ASP were removed from the list and denied promotion, while being absorbed by DoT as AAOs.

Our association has taken up their cause and has filed a case in CAT, Chennai, challenging the action of removing their names from the promotion list by Directorate.

The case was admitted by CAT. It has directed the Department to give reply within 15 days and also passed interim orders
