JAO wait listed candidates, who are working as IP / ASP were removed from the list and denied promotion, while being absorbed by DoT as AAOs.
Our association has taken up their cause and has filed a case in CAT, Chennai, challenging the action of removing their names from the promotion list by Directorate.
The case was admitted by CAT. It has directed the Department to give reply within 15 days and also passed interim orders.

ReplyDeleteI think when the postal & rms have already been merged and we are called IP/ASP, instead of IRM/ASRM and IPO/ASPO, then the name of our assn. ie. AIRASIA is not relevant. According to me this needs to be changed first. Only then the people from POstal side would join our association?
