    There is a proposal to upgrade the initial grade pay of stenographers as 4200.
    When implemented, steno with 30 years of service will be getting 5400 GP.
    The SP under whose control the steno will be most probably in 4800 GP.

    Where do we stand ?

    Don't worry. It is only a proposal . is'nt it. think abt the proposal of merger of IP/ASP and then come to the conclusion that any proposal of our dept will take atleast 5 yrs of time to arrive a decision. Don't worry.
