Pay Upgradation

                  The file  relating to the  up gradation of pay scales for Inspectors  will be re submitted to Ministry of Finance with in one or two days

    In the proposal, Asps may remain as ASP with gaz. status and IPs may remain as IP without gaz. status !
    Even after merger, there may be two nomenclature !
    Direct IP quota will be 33% of total strength of IPs/ASPs !

    this entirely wrong. All the IP/ASps will be called ASP (Gaz) after merger. All the posts are redesignated as Sub Divisional Manager (in respect of SDN and Divisional Asst Manager (in respect of ASP H/R). Please don't spread rumours.

    Nothing rumours !
    If all will be called ASP (Gaz), then there will be problem in rectt.of direct IPs as SSC is meant for non-gaz. only !
    Already there is lot of confusion in the merger proposal !
    You have also added confusion telling about redesignation of IPs/ASPs as SDM and DAM etc. !
